Dear Sally , I often think of you all in New Zealand since my stay with the Rai family in 1993.... Wanting to reconnect I sadly have learned of the news of Rajan´s passing.... I am so very sorry. I will always remember his warmth and generosity very fondly and hope to reconnect with you all again sometime With Love, Sheevalee

So very sad to hear of Rajan´s passing. I have such fond memories of working with him many years ago at Buchanan Butler & Rai and also climbing Mt Egmont together. So glad we caught up briefly at the offices/cafe a couple of years ago. A really lovely man who I held in high regard. Sincere condolences and much love to you Sally and family for this significant loss. My thoughts are with you. May he rest in peace.

Rajan was a true gentleman and I have very happy memories of watching the Soccer World Cup with him at his flat in Dunedin when New Zealand was playing albeit it losing. Condolences Guy

New Rajan for many yrs when I worked @ Hawera court as Bailiff. Always a very quiet gentle man who had a great respect for his clients & worked very had to achieve a good result for them. Such sad news for such a guy being young @ heart. My thoughts go out to all his family @ this sad time for you all.
