Dr nigalye was the best doctor on the face of this Earth. He was kind caring and had true love for his patience. He truly cared about people. That is a tough quality to find in doctor's nowadays. I was there 28 years ago when he became the doctor at that office. He was always so good to me and always had time to talk when I would come in. I will miss him so much and I loved him just like he was family. All I know is it heaven got another angel on July 3rd 2020. At least I know he's up there...
