Not sure what to say?

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Das (and family), I was a student with Raja at Columbia and a friend of Sangeeta's when she joined as a freshman. I know it's 15 years ago that he passed, but I always think of him, his charm, his intelligence, his incredible, friendly aura. Please know that he will never be forgotten. Never. Hope you are all well. -Viviana '02

Dear Das Family,

I recently learned of Raja's passing as I was reading the CU Engineering Magazine. A pit formed in my stomach and I still cannot understand how such a well-rounded, dynamic, intelligent, funny and caring person can be taken away from this earth so early in life. It took me a few moments to realize that Raja has left his footprint and I believe that it is unique and deeply embedded into our hearts.

Raja and I met at Columbia during our time on the student...

Dear Nilima,
I met you last year when I visited your work and I remember you sharing about Rajesh with me. I just heard of his passing from you and I can't imagine your family's pain. I am keeping your whole family in prayer. I am so sorry for your loss. I never met Rajesh but I feel like I knew him through your stories of him. We is with God now and I will keep you in prayer everyday.

Dear Raja's family,

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Raja at Columbia and we were good friends throughout college. He was the sweetest person I knew who used to always make me laugh and was there whenever I needed a friend. I will miss him a lot.

With love,
Sara

Dear Das family,
I just came to know about dear Raja's passing today, a friend sent me a link to the article in the paper. I am so shocked, I knew Raja at Duke during my internship, he was such a promising, bright medical student, eager to learn, the world at his footsteps. I am so sorry to hear about this tragedy. His memory will live on in all of us. I wish you all the greatest strength in this time of such tragedy. Amita Kamath
