Not sure what to say?

Rakesh, I miss you. I pray for your family to have comfort every day.

Rakesh was the best and kindest of my colleagues during the year I worked in the ED with him. He stood out to me because he was a rare seasoned EMP who stayed long after his shift to ensure that his patients were taken care of appropriately. He had a reputation upstairs for being an excellent colleague. But, really, Rakesh was just a truly good and warm-hearted person, and I'm grateful to have known him.

I am an OB resident who worked at the Cleveland Clinic with Dr. Engineer. One day while seeing a consult, I had expressed to him that I had been having a hard time in residency. He took the time to time to tell me a funny story about his time on OB and was really was able to brighten my day. He was truly a kind human being and will be greatly missed.

Dear Nivi,

We are saddened to hear the devastating news. May God grant solace to the departed soul and give you and boys courage to bear the pain and loss. Rakesh's memory and his commitment to the society will be cherished forever! We are thinking about you and family! Lots of love and hugs

Rakesh was always kind, patient and thoughtful. I am honored to have worked along side him for 18 years. We all miss you everyday my friend.

Nivi, much love, strength and support to you at this time. Dweik Family

Nivi and Family: So saddened to hear of your loss. We have not seen each other for a long time, but wanted to reach out and let you know we are thinking of you all during this difficult time.

Rakesh and I lived across the hall from each other as freshmen at Ohio State. We shared some classes (he was the best person to study with). He disarmed you with friendliness, kindness and humility. His departure is a tragedy for his family and our region.

Nivi - I don't know if you remember me but I lived on Essex Rd when the kids were little (1998-2008.). At that point, I had two boys, Fritz and Finn. Fritz had attended Ruffing as well. I remember often walking to your house to play or having a kind word with your family as your walked though the neighborhood. I'm so very sorry for your loss. Know that I am thinking of your family here from Maine.
