It's really sad to hear your passing. Although the time together was short, you showed me how to work with dignity and confidence. I thank you for putting your trust in me and allowing me to join this extended family. Our special meeting in Texas will be with me forever.

Ralph, I am honored to have known you as a strong but compassionate mentor, and an honest and genuine friend. I have fond memories of the time we worked together and when you and Charlotte invited us to your home and made us feel like a part of the family. I realize that no words of mine can even attempt to comfort Charlotte and the family in these difficult times, but I do know that Ralph will be remembered by many as the great guy he was.
