Not sure what to say?

Ralph was my mentor at Agfa. I still often ask myself how Ralph would have handled a certain issue. Greetings from the Agfa headquarters folks in Belgium

Dear Charlotte,
Accept my deepest condolences. Just look at all the nice comments from people that have had the pleasure of working with Ralph and you realize how Ralph has influenced both the business behavior and moral of many of us. Ralph has truly changed things and has set new standards. We all owe him for that and will always remember him as a great personality. It's really sad to hear your passing. Although the time together was short, you showed me how to work with dignity and confidence. I thank you for putting your trust in me and allowing me to join this extended family. Our special meeting in Texas will be with me forever.

Life goes fast it seems just yesterday I had the opportunity and was honored to meet you and Ralph at your new place in Texas. Ralph I will miss you. You were always able to get the best out of people. Charlotte and family, my thoughts are with you in these difficult times and moment to come.

Charlotte:
I was saddened to hear of Ralph's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family at this difficult time.

Ralph was my mentor during the years I worked in his team. It was a real honour: he was a great and kind man. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Ralph, I am honored to have known you as a strong but compassionate mentor, and an honest and genuine friend. I have fond memories of the time we worked together and when you and Charlotte invited us to your home and made us feel like a part of the family. I realize that no words of mine can even attempt to comfort Charlotte and the family in these difficult times, but I do know that Ralph will be remembered by many as the great guy he was.

Dear Charlotte:

Jim and I were saddened to hear about Ralph. He was a wonderful, kind man with a terrific sense of humor. We will always remember him.
