Ralph Anilo Jr.

I´m 50 this coming March. It brings a tear to my eyes knowing Mr Anilo passed. I loved him. I was so young, give or take 5 years old. I went to him for a couple years. I can´t remember exactly, specifically how long. Even when I wasn´t there as a customer I would always come by the shop, typically on my bike. I would even go inside with my bike. One day I was trying to be cool I guess as someone that age would do. I did a skid mark on his floor. He just smiled and pretended it was cool. I...

I just saw on Internet that Ralph passed. Our family moved out of Jersey in `96, but we have nice memories of getting our haircuts in Bound Brook. Originally, our family came from Maryland and it was great fun talking to Ralph when his Giants and our Redskins had really good teams and a great rivalry. Such a good guy. RIP. Best to his family.

Ralph was an incredible man and huge part of my childhood who made getting haircuts something to look forward to. He will be dearly missed and I offer him and his family my sincere condolences.

Ralph started cutting my hair from my earliest memories. He not only was a great barber but an even better person always making every moment count. You will be missed by all who know you. <3

It was with great sadness when I of Ralph's passing. He was a great barber and a very nice person. He will be missed. I will pray for him, and his family left behind.
