Not sure what to say?

Ralph, you have always been my favorite boss. I was your pilot in the G-II and III with CONOCO for the good years before the DuPont merger. I still admire your genuine caring for all us Conoco employees at each airport we came to from the ground crew, jet fuelers to limo drivers and their families and their names. Later after retirement I was delighted to continue friendships with Bettye, you and Lisa at our time at Ocean Reef. In God's love for you and family. Denny Moore

Mr Bailey and family after he was inducted into the Mining Hall of Fame

I am so sorry to learn about the passing of Mr Ralph Bailey. My heartfelt condolences are with the family and friends. May God's word found in Hosea 13:14 brings comfort and peace to you all in this time of grief. I send my prayers.

May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times you shared together as you celebrate a life well lived and loved by many. Psalms 90:10.

I knew Rhonda and Cinda as friends at Upper St. Clair. Several years later Ralph was responsible for my hiring at Consol where I enjoyed a fantastic 34 year career. Mr. Bailey was one of the finest executives I ever met. He treated every employee top to bottom with the utmost respect. God bless Ralph Bailey and his entire family.

It's very saddening to hear about your loss. I know how hard it is to cope with situations like these. So, I hope you remember that God is here and ready to help you out in making it through this hardship. He loves you so much and so do we. I'm so sorry for your loss. 1Corinthians 1:3, 4

My deepest sympathy to your family, and may you keep in mind the scriptural hope of life everlasting which can help sustain you through this difficult time-John 17:3

My thoughts and prayers are with the Bailey family.

Ralph and Bettye were great friends of my mom and dad who shared many affectionate family stories.
Alas, June and Bob have passed too but fond memories of your friendship remain.
