This was my Uncle Ralph, and his sister was my mom, Betty. Boy the stories I heard about Uncle Ralph as a kid in the 1920-30's in Detroit- one time he and his dad,( my grandad Ralph Bastien Sr) were on the Detroit River in a row boat when they got caught up in a chase of prohibition rum runners !
