Not sure what to say?

I had the privlege of meeting Ralph (Mr. Bavaro), when I was just 15 years old, as I was one of the girls that Joe hung out with that summer. Since Joe and I kept in contact over the last 40 years, he called me to help Ralph take care of his home a few years ago, as I have had a cleaning service now for 27 years. Ralph and I then, were able to have a different and wonderful relationship during that time. Every other week I would go over to clean up for him and we would blast the stereo...

Many times I have asked myself how you and Mom were able to raise us 5 kids. We were always well takened care of and I never felt we lacked anything while growing up. We would go on vacations, go fishing, participate in school activities, play baseball, etc. All this would be accomplished on a 'meager' family income. Not sure how you two did it, but thank you for raising us with morals and scruples and with that, we all turned out OK. Without you Dad, I would not be as mechanically inclined...

I'm going to miss you Dad. You taught me alot over the years. Friends and family have often asked where I learned to repair or build something and my reply has always been, " I learned it from my Dad". I love you Dad.
Your loving son,
Bill

It was a pleasure to care for Ralph. I only knew him for over a year, but he was a kind and generous, gentle man that was always happy to greet me and my kids that sometimes accompanied me on my visits. I will miss him and thank you, Cathy, for letting me have the opportunity of knowing him. You had an awesome Daddy and seeing him every week made me feel closer to my Dad in TX. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Much love, Deirdre Kimball

I will always remember Uncle Ralph helping our family out whenever the need arose. He watched over my Mom during tough times and always appreciated her relationship with Sarah, her sister, his wife. He never had to say much, I always knew where I stood with him. Fond memories.
