Lorne and Sons Funeral Home - Delray Beach Obituary

Ralph Goodrich Boalt, II, 83 of Delray Beach passed away on July 28, 2020.  He was born June 28, 1937 in Ramsey Minnesota, the son of Eben L & Virginia M. Boalt.  Ralph was a graduate of Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI and player professional football in Canada.  He was a CEO for Kentucky Fried Chicken.  Ralph lived in Delray Beach most of his adult life and was instrumental along with Maurey Power in starting the legendary St. Patrick’s Day Parade.  Ralph was an amazing kind, generous, handsome, six-foot six man, who possessed a positive attitude even with his 30+ year battle with MS.  He found great enjoyment dining with all his dear friends.

Funeral service was private.

Not sure what to say?

Ralph,
Of all the influences in my life you were my favorite. Will never forget Ben and Mr. Gunnerman. The beach house was the best part of Delray Beach life. Rest easy my dear friend. I know Brud is glad to see you❤❤❤

He was a true friend to my uncle Les and aunt Helen. A kind and considerate man . Our condolences to Cory and Dan who always had his back.
