When we were still in grade school, I met Ralph as a very fun loving competitive Class F Baseball player at Mohican Park, in the West Park area of Cleveland. Over 25 years later he had not forgotten and was most helpful to us and others in carrying out his duties. May he rest in peace and God Bless Ralph and his family!

So sad to hear of Ralph’s passing. He and I served several years together on the North Olmsted Board of Education. He was always ready to roll up his sleeves and help students, athletes, and North Olmsted residents. When Ralph spoke, people listened. He will always be remembered.

Ralph was the Service Director under Mayor Boyle when we moved to North Olmsted. I served on the 1995 Charter Review Commission as chairman and often talked to Ralph. He was a wealth of information about this city and its history regarding infrastructure. He was also up to date with the politics and knew how to get things done. R.I.P. Ralph, you were an asset to this city.
