Dena, Wesley and Family,
It was only a short few visits but I remember the kindness and warmth I experienced when I met Ralph. I guess the first time was when he and Wesley came to PSC to visit you, Dena. Wesley was so sweet to me, a total stranger to your young son. The second time I saw Ralph was when Wesley made him drive to PSC to give me some oranges. I had been in LaPlace only a short time when I met the Borne Family and I remember that first Christmas when I visited at your...

I didn't know Ralph that well, other than fishing at Toledo Bend one week-end a year or so ago. He seemed like such a great guy. Dwayne Dykes confirmed that to me on several occasions before his death. My prayers are with you as I know he will be missed greatly. He made a lasting impression on me in a very short time as I am susre he did with everyone who had the honor of knowing Ralph.

I will greatly miss my mentor and very good friend. I will always carry his memory close to my heart. Kip Lauff

Our prayers and thoughts are with yall at this difficult time.. Kody and I will miss seeing Mr. Ralph out having a fun time. He was just so fun to be around.. I'm sorry we couldn't go to the funeral but we both had to work. Not a minute went by that we didn't think about yall during this sorrowful time... We love you Wes and we are here for you..
