I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Ralph at Lebo's this past year. He was a wonderful man full of jokes and laughter. We will miss him dearly.

I met Ralph In 2000 when the Hawick Commons Homeowners Association was started. Ralph was our first President and set out to create and sustain a happy and healthy community. A community where children could play and homeowners could take pride and develope a wonderful neighborhood. Ralph Bounds was my boss at Lebo's.
We had a few heated conversations, where he listened to what I had to say, gave his opinion on the subject, (whether it matched mine or not), then usually said something goofy to make me laugh.
We also had conversations about other stuff, and sometimes he seemed very wise. I once shared with Ralph, some personal details about my life, and he was very caring, in that knowledge.
