Dear Ann,

Bob & I were so sorry to read about Ralph's passing. We have thought of you both often. Bob has such fond memories of working with Ralph. He was such a great person. We feel very fortunate to count you and Ralph as friends. We wish we could come and express our condolences in person, but Bob has bronchitis at the present time.
