Ralph always took interest in others and remembered little details that demonstrated how much he listened and cared about them. As a friend to his son Roger through the years, Ralph always extended a warm welcome to me and tool some time to catch up and to talk about baseball. The only thing bigger than Ralph’s smile was his heart.

I enjoyed listening to Ralph’s stories when I was young and admired greatly how kind he was to so many . His personality has spread throughout the Drontle family and his kindness will live on with his children and grandchildren . With the deepest sympathy to all who have known this incredibly kind man.
