Ralph Falcone, 91, of Upper Mt. Bethel Township, passed away, Thursday, April 16, 2015, at his residence. Born in Roseto, April 12, 1924, he was the son of the late Michael R. and Mamie (Romano) Falcone. Prior to retiring, he was the owner and operator of the former Buzzard Electric. Ralph was a 1942 graduate of Bangor High. After high school, he served in the US Army during World War II, with the Company C 54th Signal Battalion in Central Europe and Rhineland. He was a member of the First United Evangelical Congregational Church, Bangor, where he served in many capacities. He was also a life member of the Bangor Elks, the Dale E. Bray VFW Post 739, the Bangor American Legion, the Sertoma Club and the Musicians Union. He was a former member of the Yellow Jackets Drum and Bugle Corp. He is survived by his daughter, Phillina Hendershot and her husband Bruce of Bangor, two sons, Ralph and his wife Holly of Bangor and Michael and his wife Karen of Bradenton, FL., nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, a sister in law Barbara Healy of Bangor, his companion Lois Kloiber of Upper Mt. Bethel Township and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty (Menhennitt) Falcone, on June 12, 1990 and a brother Frank. Memorial services will be held, Saturday, April 25, 2015, at 11 AM, at the Guerro & Ruggiero Funeral Home, www.ruggierofuneralhome.com, 126 E. Pennsylvania Avenue, Pen Argyl. There will be a visitation, Saturday, beginning at 10 AM until time of services. Interment will be in the Roseto Presbyterian Cemetery, Roseto. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to St. Luke's Hospice, Development Office, 801 Ostrum Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015 or a charity of one's choice.
