Dear Sandy:
I wanted you to know that our thoughts are with you. I have such fond memories of the summer that I babysat for Deane. Chip would take us out for tractor rides in the afternoons. Both Deane and I enjoyed it.
Love to all of you. Karen Yowell Warman

We are so sorry for your loss but we know it is Heaven's gain. There was no one like Chip; what a great friend, someone you could always count on to help you out. He always had kind words for everyone. It was apparent that he loved you all so very much in everything he said and did. He will be greatly missed. May our Lord Jesus give you all the strength and comfort you need during this time of sadness and lift you up to face each day. God bless you all....

I can not put in words how much Ray & I will miss Chip. Over the 29yrs.That he was my neighbor he always had a way of being there when Ray could use a hand. I will never forget the day Ray was pouring the foundation for our house.None of the people who promised had showed up.Ray didn't know how he was going to do it.Chip was coming down the road behind the cement truck. He hopped out & went to work!! That was Chip! We are going to miss him soooo much.I know he is in heaven doing everything he...
