I was Frank's room mate at Griffiss AFB in the 60's. I was a kid and learned a lot about life from our experiences. I send my condolences to Edith and the rest of the family.

Was just informed today of Ralph´s passing, I´m so very sorry. I was stationed with Ralph at Griffiss AFB in the 60´s and remember Ralph as happy and kind of jokester... I´m sure he will be missed.
