Anne and I would like to say we always thought Ralph was a true gentleman. Quiet, but when he spoke, everyone was very interested in what he was thinking and his words. Always put a smile on my face when he showed up at the Warren Township fishing derby with his lovely wife Carolann. We all will miss his presence. One of Warren Townships true, respected and most popular men.
