Two years ago today, you slipped away from us to go to the arms of your loving Saviour and your loving wife. How I miss you! Trips to Savannah or Garden City are not the same. You have a beautiful new great-granddaughter with shades of red hair--You would be so proud. I am so grateful for who you were in my life--and glad we were able to be together so much in those last years. Loving and missing you.

Happy birthday--today would have been #83. Your girls all met at Longhorns and had lunch together to honor you. Jean brought a picture of you and Miss Mattie and we set it on the table. We miss you each and every day.
