Sioux Falls, SD - Ralph Harold Grode, 94, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021, at Dougherty Hospice House surrounded by his loving family.
Survivors include his eleven children, Greg (Jane Staley) Grode, Joan Barker (Joe) Davis, Jerry (Peggy) Grode, Terri (Gale) Skarphol, Jan (Roger) Torkelson, Alice (Steve) Kary, Al (Dee) Grode, Jeff (Ellen) Grode, Karen (Rick) Brake, John (Connie) Grode, Ken (Julie) Grode; 32 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 10, 2021, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3601 E. Dudley Lane, Sioux Falls, SD 57103. Visitation will be held, with family present, at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with a Wake service and Rosary beginning at 3:15 p.m.

Ralph and Sylvia were our neighbors on Jenny Circle. What a wonderful couple. I loved their gardening stories and to hear them tell tales of their children and grandchildren. Rest well, Ralph. Be in God's peace.
