A Good Friend and was glad to have known Ralph and great to shake his hand. RIP Ole Timer. You earned it! Jimpelkey ,A Good Friend and was glad to have known Ralph and great to shake his hand. RIP Ole Timer. You earned it! Jimpelkey

I really had no idea he had passed away! I am so saddened by this news. My prayers go out to the family and all those whose lives he touched.I met Ralph when I was 16 old, as I was born and raised in Texas. Eventually I moved to Tennessee, and am now 44, yet we remained friends the entire time, though obviously not able to speak daily. I truly value Ralph as a friend, and as the mentor he became to me. He truly is, and will always be loved and missed! I am truly at a loss and so sad today...

May the family be comforted by Jesus' promise of seeing your dear loved one again. John 6:40.

Sincere condolences on Ralph's passing.

He was a great Public Servant and good friend.

Ralph authored the Bill in the Texas Senate 50
years ago that established the Texas
Association of Counties, just one of the great
Legacies that he leaves.

May God Bless my friend Ralph and the Family.
