Not sure what to say?

Our condolences on the loss of a great man, Ralph Harris. We lived next to him and his beautiful wife Evelean in Boynton Beach. We were both proud Rutgers alum and enjoyed sharing stories of our time at Rutgers. We will miss you Ralph! Ellen and Harvey Abramowitz

Dearest Evelean and Family, My heartfelt condolences on the passing of your husband and family patriarch, the Honorable Ralph A. Harris, former East Orange Councilman. Decades ago, our Black families "Blockbusted" a section of "Down-the-way" East Orange. Remember how complicated it was. Over the years, I have felt such pride for the service and leadership that you and Ralph provided to the people of East Orange. May the Lord transform today's grief and sorrow into precious, joyful...

Always a gentleman. One of my favorite Councilman and friend. Always there to help, make you smile, and make you feel like eveything would be alright! His wife was equally as lovely inside and out. Wonderful couple! May he rest in peace and may his family find solace in knowing how much he was loved and respected.

My condolences to the family, you're in our prayers.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Ralph and I became friends while attending college together during the early sixties. What I remember most was his strong handshake, his warm smile, and his eager hello. He loved people and made friends easily. Once you met him you never forgot him. It was a privilege to know him and his wonderful wife, Evelean, throughout the years. He will be missed and his memory will live on forever in the hearts and minds of everyone.
