Ralph David Horn 80, known by all as "David" passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026 at Sabal Palm Health Care Center, Largo, FL.
David was born in Phillipsburg, NJ to Ralph Horn Jr. and Olive Reeder Horn on February 17, 1945. He was preceded in death by his brother Russell, husband of Marilyn.
David attended Portland Elementary School and graduated from Bangor High School, class of 1963. It was there that he met and later married his wife of 57 years, Jane Duloc Horn. David attended Churchman's Business School, Easton, PA. He was the owner and proprietor of Horn's Dept. Store, Belvidere, NJ 1966-1976 and Horn's Dept. Store, Portland, PA 1976-2005.
David and Jane were married on July 6, 1968. They lived most of their married life on River Road, Mt. Bethel, PA. David is survived by his daughters Melissa Stiles, wife of Jeffrey and Stephanie Bolen, her husband, and grandchildren, Ethan, Elizabeth, and Jack.
He is also survived by his brother-in-law Michael P. Duloc and his wife Andrea. David was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed nature walks where he hunted in Tioga County, PA. In later years David and Jane moved to FL to enjoy the warmer climate, the beautiful, blue waters of the Gulf, and family visits.
A private service for the family will be held at the Ruggiero Funeral Home, 126 East Pennsylvania Ave, Pen Argyl, PA. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Pen Argyl, PA.
