It was a privilege to know Ralph and we especially enjoyed being about to discuss travel locations with him. It was my great pleasure to be associated with Ralph for many years in the Druid Hills Civitan Club which he served so faithfully and to be able to call him my "friend." I found him to be an extremely competent but yet thoroughly delightful person--sometimes a rarity for an engineer. I shall miss him greatly, and I extend my condolences to his family.

Ralph was a dear friend to my husband, Bill Chenault, and me. He visited my husband while he was a Budd Terrace until he died Feb. 2005. His wife, Gertrude, was a dear friend to us also. Ralph was truly a gentleman and a person full of love for his fellow man. I am sure that he has been welcomed in heaven and that he and Gertrude are together again. My prayers are with all of you at this time.
