I first met Ralph when I joined US Surgical in 1988 as a Manufacturing Engineer and Ralph was the manager or Production Inventory Control.

Ralph was a mentor to myself as well as countless others. Over the years that I worked closely with Ralph, he challenged me and supported me. Tough love was Ralph’s way. He helped to shape my work ethic and decision making and because of this, I owe a lot of my career success to him.

He was a good manager, but even more importantly,...

He will be sadly missed and well remembered. I remember the many good times working at US Surgical and having pizza from all over New Haven.

Ralph and I met in North Branford when his son played basketball for me. He was a great follower of youth basketball and a great inspiration to the kids playing.
He was a fun loving person full of energy ! He will be missed.
