Not sure what to say?

To Allison and family, I just stumbled on Ralph's obituary. My husband of 62 years, George McCaig, originally knew Ralph in Ottawa. We both liked Ralph and his gentle manner a great deal when we met you two in Cooksville. We moved back to Kitchener in 2020. George also died in 2024 in June. Sorry for your loss but glad Ralph had a great life and family around him. Ellie McCaig

We were privileged to have spent many a super visit both here in Canada and at their home in Virginia, where Ralph would hang out the Canadian flag and play our national anthem for us. We had the rare opportunity to have known this wonderful and caring man. What fun we had. Ralph's legacy will be carried on throughout the generations. RIP (Reurn if Possible) Vic & Sharon Watts ( the lemom pie lady!)

We first met Ralph & Allison 60 + years ago in Cooksville, Ontario, where he began his practise and have remained dear friends over the years. Ralph and Allisonand their children will always hold a special place in our memories of years gone by. Ralph offered us on many occasion valuable medical information and set our minds at ease with his advice. we were priveleged to have spent many a super visit both here in Canada and in Virginia,

What a wonderful physician, neighbor and friend! He was blessed with a wonderful wife and family, was a musical wizard on the piano and had a wide and generous smile and heart. He will be greatly missed.

Ralph MacMillan had a rarely found caring, loving, generous spirit. We shared our love of history and reading several times and I am thankful for those times. Rest in peace, Ralph.

Dr. MacMillian will never be replaced. He was one of the most genuine individuals I have ever met - always willing to help others and go the extra mile to provide hope and relief. I worked with Dr. MacMillan for a while as his laboratory technologist and assistant in his Grove Ave. Office, and was amazed by the kindness and sincerity he exuded to all people in such a huge capacity. My heart is with his family and my prayers continue to all he assisted.

I am so sorry for your loss! Dr. MacMillan will be greatly missed by so many!! You are all in my thought and prayers!

I have known Doctor MacMillan since my High School Days when they moved to Richmond from Canada, and I became friends with Scotty. Dr. MacMillan would break out on the piano from time to time which was awesome. He offered me valuable medical advice over the years he was one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. He will truly be missed.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
