Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed hearing and seeing Ralph reading the Scriptures during daily Mass at HNJ. I watch the Mass online and Ralph became a "friend." I will miss him and keep him in my prayers, not that he needs them. From Aventura, Florida, Elia Cuomo

He was a great man & a good friend. He will be missed by many. Prayers go out to Martha & girls.

I met Ralph in 4th grade at Alice Harte on the west bank of New Orleans. We were in Cub Scouts together, which met at his house. His mom was our den mother. Our families went to Ponchartrain Beach together. Our main experience was band where we, Jimmy Golmer and Guy Cheramie played French horn together. We actively challenged each other to competitions for chair placement, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Looks like we competed to be LSU fans. Once again he beat me on game attendance.

I am so sorry for your loss. Ralph was such a giving, kind, and caring person! I just had a conversation with Ralph after 8:30 Saturday mass earlier this month. I am now doubly grateful we had that chance as he lifted my spirits about my recently deceased father. Ralph spoke of his daughter Alexis and told me some stories and said he knew they were both in Heaven! Ralph, you are with them and all of God's angels and saints now as well! May God grant your family peace at this time....

Ralph was a dear friend and it was a privilege and a pleasure to know him. Laura and I remember his stories and conversations on a wide range of subjects. We were also grateful recipients of his Sunday doughnuts and of his Thursday evening treats for the group bible studies he led. He is in a much better place, but he will be sorely missed by those who know him.
