I come to have known Mr. Mohoney over the years when he arrived here at Fort Hood, Texas in the late nineties to replaced Mr. Dave Watson as the Site Manager/Supervisor with Nation/BTG Company. I was temporarily assigned to BAE Systems in the Installation Yard supporting to both PMO TRCS to perform checks on SINCGARS platforms with the used of a BANDIT equipment.
