Ralph was my 1st journeyman when I started my appreciation with Neptune Plumbing. He was tough on me & I didn't understand them why. He taught me the trade of plumbing which I just received my 30 year certificate/pin. I thank God for Ralph for being tough on me & making sure I learn our trade. I'm a black male & he showed no prejudice toward me. He was a great man/plumber and I thank God for him. I just found out of his passing today at our union meeting.
