Not sure what to say?

It is with profound sadness that I reach to Lucy, Beth, Jennifer and Daniel on the death of Ralph.
I have known Ralph the entirety of his life and my parents, Joe and Julie Manley, were joyous to be his especial godparents. We families shared the loveliest and saddest of times over a span of seventy years. It grieves me to send this message – as I said on the phone to Doug, I have just learned of the loss of “young Ralph” – he is ever young to those of us who love him.
My best...

Dear Lucy and family,
I was surprised to read of Ralph's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Ralph and Jim Thompson at "Graphics" many years ago. I'm sure they are together now, and laughing. Oh what a great laugh. he will be missed by all who knew him. May the closeness of family and friends comfort you during this difficult time.

Dear Pelland family,
We were so lucky to have Mr. Pelland as a teacher last year. I remember we always bring cookies to his class and put them on the heater. He also tricked me so well he told me that Isaac Newton made the fig newton and i believed him 100 Percent. And whenever he talked about the dinosaurs dying he would say "hey harry whats that?". We would water his plant every friday and we made sure when he was away that it stayed alive. And there also were those cool color changing...

Lucy, We were so sorry to hear about Ralph. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Faye and Gerry O'Malley

Dear Lucy,

I was so shocked to hear about Ralph. I am so sorry for you and your family. Losing a battle with cancer is a horrible ordeal. I hope he did not have to suffer too long. My thoughts and prayers are with you. We will get together when you feel up to it.
With deep sympathy,

Marthe

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Oh My Lucy, so sad to hear of Ralph's passing. I reconnected with Neal Weinberg on FB and Neal sent the notice to me. I remember Ralph's Alfa Romeo, his warm heart and his pleasant demeanor. So sorry for your loss. The reunion will not be the same without him.

To the family of Mr.Pelland, I'm sorry for your loss. He was my science/social studies teacher last year and he was such a mentor to me. He was one of the few that believed in his students,he was a roll model to me . I sure will miss his great big laugh that would make my day. He was such a happy and funny man, he barely ever showed his down side. He would always talk about his wife and his grandchildren, and his old paper job "that didnt make paper"(as he always told us) The memories of him...

Dear Lucy, Jen, Beth and Dan,
We will be praying for each of you and your husband, Dad, at all of the Masses at Holy Name this weekend.
