Love,

To my dear Cousins,
So sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Ralph. He was a wonderful man and lots of fun. He will be missed.
Love, Pat and Bern

While reflecting back on Mr. Potokar (Ralph), the thing that first comes to mind was his presence. When Mr. Potokar (Ralph) entered a room, or if he was already there and you entered; he stood out. When he talked with that deep voice, it would put you in awe. I always found Mr. Potokar (Ralph) to be very matter of fact, yet warm and compassionate. He will be missed.

Your dad (Ralph), Bob Patience and my dad (Art Pipenhagen) were "The Rat Pack" rival of Sinatra, Dean Martin, Peter Lawford, Joey Bishop, etc. of Chicagoland! The stories were endless. I have fond memories of your family and mine and your dad was a terrific gentleman and your mom a class lady. The Potokar, Patience, Pipenhagen trio were the best of friends and a lot of laughs. Now they are together again.
Great memories. Rest in Peace Ralph.
My condolences,

Potokar Family;
Ralph brought us so many happy moments here on the Church Creek Skilled Nursing Floor, Ralph left us with a treasure trove of memories. We will never be able to forget him. We are praying for you in this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace. Yes Ralph there is chocolate in Heaven!

Dear Potokar Family,
I was sad to hear of Uncle Ralph's passing. He will always be remembered for his charming and caring persona. I always admired how fondly he always talked about his family. I hope you find peace in that.
Take care and God Bless your families,
Tracey Potokar-Macklin

I will miss seeing Ralph on Wed. mornings. A group of us from Our Lady of Wayside parish would take communion to the residents at Church Creek. Whenever he saw me he'd smile and say "is it Wednesday?". I'd tease him a little about "keeping out of trouble" and he'd get a kick out of that too!
God rest his soul.
