I met my husband at Meadowlark airport and subsequently we had many friends and acquaintances associated with the airport. Among those who we were friends with was Ralph. Ralph and I shared a ride in my 1910 Model Tat the Holiday Motor Excursion a few years back. I drove and he navigated. We struck up a friendship we maintained until his passing. We always greeted one another with a smile and a laugh. I will miss him

It's hard to believe that it has already been a year since Ralph's passing. I hope all of his family are doing well and get a moment to reflect back on what a great life he had before his illness.

For me it's hard to believe that RDR has passed. Many times I have nearly turned down Old Pirate lane to come see him only to realize that he would not be there...
