RALPH B. "Skip" ROACH Jr.

Skip loved his cars. One day he said you want to go for a ride. Sure Skip let's go. We went to the local airport got on a single engine plane (Bill Hodges was our pilot) went to South Bend, Indiana. A guy pulls up in an Avanti takes Skip for a ride as Bill and I wait. He comes back later says " I didn't like the car." We fly home. If Skip were around we had fun. ......"You want to go for a ride." Rick Costanzo

I think of Skip often as we shared careers together and had many fun times together in the 70's and 80's. But what Skips memory continues to tell me is to see your loved ones when they are sick or ill or need help. Be there with them and for them. Skip always brought life to the table; let us do the same.

So saddened and surprised at Skip's passing. I am very sorry Sharon and all the family for his loss.
My husband, George Lazard, and I knew Skip well in our Lakewood
School days. George and Skip were good friends. George also had a long illness and passed in 2004. No doubt there will be a happy
Reunion for them in Heaven as they were both good men.

Skip and I worked together at a savings and loan in our early 20's. He was fun to be with and a thoughtful man. Grateful to God to have has Skip in my life.
