Not sure what to say?

I WORKED AND PLAYED WITH RALPH FROM 1973 UNTIL I MOVED TO HOUSTON IN 1982.A BETTER GUY YOU WILL EVER KNOW. I HAVE SO MANY MEMEORIES THAT IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO FORGET HIM. I AM SURE EVERYONE CAN SAY THE SAME THING. HE WILL BE TRULY MISSED BY ALL.

I am fortunate to say that Ralph was my friend and classmate at McBride. I extend my deep and sincere condolences to his wife, children, family, classmates and friends. Heaven will be a livier place with Ralph as a resident.

Mary, Adam, Sidney and family,
I worked, played softball, golfed
and drank a few beers with Ralph and like most everyone else who got to know Ralph we laughed and had more fun than we probably should have. He loved and was very proud of his family. I want to express my deepest sympathy, he will be greatly missed by all.

It might be said by some at McBride that neither Ralph nor I was at the top of our class, were confused as being the best athletes, or holy enough to be president of the Sodality, and maybe we gave the good brothers a harder time than they deserved, but we had a great time.
Although at most high schools the class president takes on the post-graduation reunion duties, somehow with us that job befell Ralph. He was Mr. McBride to the class of '69. He organized and was the life of the...

Mary & Family,

Ralph will truly be missed....used to work with the both of you and Mary and I were in each others weddings. We lost touch over the years but recently got back in touch due to our kids. I'm so glad that happened recently and that we got to see you and Ralph and we will have our old memories to keep him close in our hearts always.

Love & Prayers to You All,

Ralph was a fellow '69 classmate at McBride and one of the truly great guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Always fun to be with, a great wit, and always bringing everyone into the fold with his magnetic personality. Being out of StLouis since '73, it's been hard to make the annual golf tournaments and such but it's not hard to remember Ralph - he is unforgettable. My thoughts and prayers are with him, and all of his family and friends.

I have wonderful memories of Ralph from our years together at McBride. A quick joke and a hearty laugh was his way of bringing warmth and happiness into the room. He was a Special Person!

My favorite memory of Ralph has to be at Rock Bridge. He was teaching me how to fish and no matter how many times I cast the line and ended up snagged on the rocks he untangled the line for me. That was the best family vacation I have ever been on and it wasn't my own family! That's how the entire Russell family makes you feel, just like part of the family. Love you all.

Ralph was my first friend at McBride. He was always quick with a laugh and a tremendous friend to all. His energy and happiness will be missed. RJ Ganahl, McBride '69
