Not sure what to say?

Ralph was the best engineer I knew in my eighteen years as an engineer. Very thorough, innovative, hard working. I always felt secure when he was working with me as I knew that even in tough situations he could be counted on to get us through it.

What an impressive mind. Awesome, in every regard. He always had good stories to tell about work and life. I'll miss that.

One last note: one of my best days at Kennedy Space Center was when I was mistaken for Ralph. You know...

Ralph was by far the most impressive individual I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication set a high standard for all of us working the ammonia system at KSC. He inspired me to dream bigger, reach farther, work harder, and think smarter. I remember how intimidated I was the first time he tried to tie me in on the AFE. He put me at ease with his vote of confidence. I figured if a man this smart thinks I can do it, then maybe I can. He was a great engineer, friend, and mentor.
