I am one of Rosie's friends from the Wednesday morning Fishing Tackle group. This has come as a shock to most of us, as Rosie was a piece of Duct tape that held this group together. We would go fishing every Spring down at Garabaldi (coordinated by Art Cesciliani) and I ALWAYS could count on Rosie to give each of us grief. Mostof the time it was me. My papa Rosie was the definition of family man. The definition of being a man in general. Soft when needed. But hard when called for. Everything I know about being a man came from him. He left our family and with the skills he to wither any storm. He really meant so much to me. My true best friend. I love you papa. Rest easy knowing I'm ok.
