Ralph A. Sodersjerna

Mr. Sodersjerna,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Europe during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deeepest sympathy.

We have had the pleasure to host Svea & Ralph several summers in our home in Aland Islands. The very best of friends in spite of slight difference in age. We will always remenber Ralph as the good fair gentleman he was. We lit a candle for Ralph on Tuesday. We want to express our deepest condolences in this way and tell his family that our thoughts are with them

I extend my sincere condolences on your loss. I remember Ralph and Svea very fondly from my childhood. I thought of them as 'aunt and uncle' as a child. I have many wonderful memories of good times together. I hope he did not suffer.
