Not sure what to say?

I played basketball for Greenbrier in the 1950's. We had some great battles against Coach Spangler's Ashland City teams. He was always a gentleman and was a great guy. I have run into him many times over the years and we had some good conversations. He was delightful. He was truly a Great American and will be missed. Wy sympathy to all who knew and loved him.

Coach Spangler was an inspiration in my life. He gave me words of encouragement that I will never forget. He was an awesome human being and was loved by many. I will see you in heaven one day coach!

Sorry to hear of the passing of "coach" Spangler. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Pat: we are lifting you up in prayer as you say goodbye to Coach today. We love you. Gary and Priscilla.

He took her to doctors appointments, out to eat and visited regularly to check on her. He was always happy to be "on call" if Mom needed anything. I have nothing but warm memories of him and he will be missed. The last time I took Mom to visit him in the nursing home, sometime in 2012, he was sitting in the cafeteria area. He was well dressed and so handsome...

Coach was a great person. He was a great coach as well as a person who cared for all. He was loved by all who knew him RIP

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.
