Not sure what to say?

My much belated condolences to the Spinnler family members.
I worked for Teleco Oilfield Services at the small west coast headquarters in Ventura, California from 1982-1992, through the SONAT, Eastman Christenson and Baker Hughes transitions. We were charged by Mr. Spinnler to market, operate, grow and service the early iterations of Teleco's new MWD/FE equipment to the large California offshore drilling markets. When we built a custom facility to handle this, Mr. Spinnler came out to...

Cynthia,

Pat and I were saddened to learn of Ralph's passing. He and I and his brothers at Sigma Chi shared four wonderful years together at Duke and we all enjoyed keeping up with Ralph at our five year reunions. He always had a twinkle in his eye and never met a stranger. None of us were surprised at his success in business and his family life. We'll miss him but never forget him.

A brilliant man and a true gentleman.

Ralph was a true Entrepreneur, a gentlemen, leader and friendly person. He was always pleasant and cultivated and developed the best in people at Teleco Oilfield Services. He truly will be missed by all. I pray for the family in this trying time.

My thoughts & prayers are with you. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
I worked with the Teleco Family, Ralph was a genuine President...

Dear Mrs. Spinnler, Julie, Marie and Laurie,
We are so sorry for your loss! Our thoughts our with you and your family at this time.

Ralph was a genuine nice guy. I remember him failing to suppress a smile and eyebrows raising as he became involved in conversation. He was open to ideas from others and engaged them as equals regardless of their age or position. I learned from him. He had a spirit of adventure when traveling and an inquisitive nature that made his presence a pleasure.

Ralph Spinnler was the President of the first real company I ever worked for. As a young man working in the oilfield in the Gulf of Mexico I was enthralled at how an aerospace engineer "invented and ruggedized" equipment that would hold up under the harshest of deep drilling conditions. His company, Teleco, was a great organization. I still have friends and memories from there that I cherish and will never forget. Rest in peace Mr. Spinnler.

Dear Cynthia,

We were so sorry to learn of your loss of Ralph. We send our deepest sympathy to you and your girls at this difficult time.
