Not sure what to say?

Dear Alta, Susan, and Karen,
Please accept our sincere sympathy on the passing of your father. Our heart goes out to you during this difficult time. He was a man of many talents and always spoke of
you girls with such pride. We are so sorry that we cannot be there in person to offer our condolences. Additionally, it must be so hard to lose both your parents so close in time. Our prayers are with you.
With our love,
Gene and Susan Behme

My brother, Dave, and I both had Mr. Stark for 6th grade math at Holland School. I remember one thing that Mr. Stark said. He said to always go with your first impression because that was likely the correct answer. Of course, he was referring to solving math problems, but I have used that advice in many other situations over the years and I always think of him. Mr. and Mrs. Stark also prepared my family's taxes for years. He used an old-fashioned adding machine and Mrs. Stark typed them up...

Ralph was my middle school teacher and basketball coach at Alexandria Township School. He was a kind , gentle teacher who made all his students feel special. Later he became my neighbor. He made the world a better place.

Dear Alta and family,
I was sorry to read that Ralph has passed. I'll always remember Ralph as a wonderful teacher and a fine man and I loved his sense of humor. I'll also remember when we (you and Ralph and the Wirebachs being active in our children's lives while at Holland and especially their high school years when we were involved in all their band trips as members of their booster club. Accompanying them on their bus trips was a fun experience and Ralph was very instrumental in...

Please accept my condolences on your loss.

I have many fond memories of Mr. Stark as a teacher and as a gracious host when visiting his home. His sense of humor and his creativity were highlights of my education.

I can't think if a kinder and more gentle individual that we knew, he will be missed by all, Eileen and Frank Shoudt

It was a pleasure to teach with Ralph. His smile and quiet manner speak of the kind gentleman he was. My sincere condolences to Alta and his family.

So sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. We taught together for nearly 20 years at the same grade level at Holland School. He was always a gentleman with a dry sense of humor. Loved talking with him about sports, especially the Phillies. Jack McDonough gave Ralph the moniker "Hawaiian Ralph" after a trip to Hawaii and he was called that affectionately from then on. It was a pleasure to work with Ralph over the years and to know him.
My heartfelt condolences to Alta and family.

Sir,
I did not know you personally, however I would be honored to thank you for your dedicated and honorable Military Service; to OUR country.
As a member of the "GREATEST GENERATION", and as a "WORLD WAR II VETERAN", you Sir are my HERO!
At a later date, we will meet in that "SPECIAL PLACE" which GOD reserves for ALL of those who have stepped forward; to serve their country in a Military Uniform.
May ALL of GOD'S blessings, be with your Dear Family!
