Ralph Franklin Sullivan Jr.

My condolences and prayers go out to Ralph's family and to his many close friends. It was truly a pleasure that I got to be friends with Ralph. I first met him when I joined the Neuse River Bowhunters over 30 years ago and over the years since then have enjoyed hunting and associating with Ralph. I just learned about his illness and of his passing and am sorry that I hadn't kept in touch lately. He will surely be missed!

Ralph treated me like a son growing up in Heather Hills. I often called him my second father. He had the biggest heart and such wit and humor that he kept me laughing all the time. I learned so much from him but the most valued is my love for the outdoors. I was often his side kick on huting trips, and he gave me odd jobs at the Archery Shop, and I will never forget those times.
