Francie,
I am so sorry for your loss. Ralph was a wonderful person. Not sure if you remember me - I was Jack Howe's granddaughter - I spent many a wonderful afternoon at your house. You both were always so wonderful to me. I have so many fond memories of you both in Shandy Point. Thank you so much for that. Sending love and thoughts your way.

Sorry for your loss. Draw close to God for comfort. James 4:8

Happy birthday, Ralph. We will celebrate the entire month of February, as we have done in the past. We love you still and always. Margaret and Walter

Mr. Troy was a good man for the job in Monroe, Louisiana and I imagine he did the best job that he could do when he was elected the Mayor. He must have enjoyed living in North Carolina.

Ralph was a fine man and loving father. I knew him but for a short while when he was mayor in Monroe. Smart and a passion for helping others led him to a life of service. My sympathy to his Frances and the children.
