Ralph Vines

I worked for Mr. Vines at PSU and he was a great boss. He made it a happy place to work and you were proud to work for him. I will always remember he used to wait til I had my hands full of trays and then he would ask me for a match. He didn't need one, just wanted to see if I would stop what I was doing to get him one. He also used to talk about the people that worked for him and that there were 10,000 comedians in the world and he had some of them working with him. He was great with me...

My mother Mary(Momma Mary)Martinez worked for Mr. Vines for several years at PSU. She talks about what a great boss he was and says there are no bosses like him anymore. She loved his wife very much and was saddened when she passed and he moved from Goodwell, OK. She just recently learned of his passing and is very sad, he will be greatly missed.

Ralph and Janese were very special to me. While I was in college, they fed me and watched out for me more times than I can count. Ralph will always hold a special place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
