Ralph is truly missed. By his immediate family in Ohio. We were partners on the job for several years. East side scout car, then the Wagon in the center city! Ralph was an excellent Police Officer. The time went all too fast. We called each other nearly every day after he moved to Las Vegas. Thankful for many blessings from the God on high. Ralph was one of them. David Willier
