I worked with Ralph at the PD. He was a wonderful friend and mentor. He let us learn and kindly helped us consider other ways to accomplish the same goal. His example of being in the world, but not of it was a profound example and lesson. Thank you,Ralph.

I knew Ralph when we were in the Air Police together in the Air National Guard. He taught me a lot about security and enforcement. I had kept touch with for a few years after he got out but, then lost touch with him. My condolences to his family for their loss, I am sure he will be missed.

Whitaker family, I am sorry for your loss. Having worked with Ralph on the PD and also living in basically the same Rose Park neighborhood I found Ralph to always be a gentleman and a savvy gun trader. I heard him sing on occasion, and he indeed had a beautiful voice. Again sorry for your loss.

Ralph was a kind and gracious man. I worked with him for many years until he retired from the police department.
