Judge Ralph Winkler

From the time I met Ralph in law school through my time w/ him in the U.S. Attorney's office and as a juror, it was clear that Ralph had a fine sense of the law and how it affects people. And he could express it with a warm sense of humor.

You could not find better judge than judge winkler. A great person that devoted his spare time helping the community through the cholera in Kiwanis Club. A true friend. I will always keep him in my prayers. Sorry for your loss.

Loved his stories during Merrimates Sunday gatherings years ago. Fortunate to visit with him and Donna in April while in Fl.

Words can not express how saddened we are to hear this news. Our deepest sympathy to Donna and the family. So blessed to have seen Ralph in Sarasota in February, and have our chats on the drive! Loved his dry humor and his stories.......

We want to extend our deepest sympathy to the whole Winkler family. We were privileged to know and admire Ralph. Mike remembers how the youth in Ralph's 8th grade Sunday School class tried all kinds of tricks to make him smile. Mary remembers when she and he taught the College Age Sunday School class together. He inspired all of us with his faith, dedication, and tenacity. As you mourn, celebrate his life well-lived.

A fellow member of the White Oak/ Monfort Heights Kiwanis Club. I always looked forward to our Monday night meetings to hear his often humorous stories.
