Ramon "Ray" Carroll

Ramon "Ray" Carroll, 81, Palmetto died Feb. 6, 2003. He was born March 15, 1921, in Chicago and came to Palmetto in 1985 from Tampa. He retired from the Air Force after 30 years as historian with the Office of Information. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam....
