I very sad about Rays passing . But I know he is with our Lord Jesus Christ. I got to know Ray in my Junior and Senior year at Pan American University. We used to study together sometimes in his lovely house or sometimes at our house in Pharr. He was always there for me and helped me when I need him . Great Man and Individual. My sincere condolences to all of Ray's family. I knew who Ray was when I was in high school, but I did not have the privilege of meeting him until a few years ago on business. I was left with a deep sense after our conversation that Ray was a godly man who loved the Lord very much. I will always remember that.
