Not sure what to say?

Ramona was one of a kind! We always felt better after talking with her...she was always so positive. She will be so missed by all of us at Prudential Southeast Coastal Properties. Especially me since we would chat about the kids all of the time. She was a wonderful spirit and we loved her very much. Please know your family is in our thought and prayers. Kim Rigsby

Bob, Karen and I were shocked and surprised to hear of Ramona. I was just thinking of calling her to stop by our home. Our thoughts and prayers to you now during your loss and in the future. Blessings to you and your family.

I was privileged to work with Bob for over 30 years and had the joy of visiting with Ramona at many company functions. She was a wonderful lady and our world is a sadder place with her passing. Our prayers and thoughts are with Bob and family.

I am really soory to hear of the loss of Mrs. Bertz. I will always have many fond memories of her getting Bobby and I out of trouble. She always had some wise words for us. Our prayers are with Mr. Bertz, Lisa Brett and all the grandkids. love, Billy and Cindy

Ramona was like a second Mom to me in college, and always welcomed me into her home and family like I was one of her own! I loved her and will miss her!

This world will surely miss Ramona. She was the most beautiful person ever. In over the 30 something years I had the pleasure of knowing her she never had a bad thing to say about anyone, was always willing to help anyone and always there for everyone. She will truly be missed by her family, friends and all whose path she crossed.

I will always remember the kindness of Mrs. Bertz as a teen. She would share her Tab with me as all of us girls (friends of Lisa's) would sit around their kitchen table. She loved listening to us "gab" and took a great interest in all of us, and always did as we became adults. I will miss her beautiful smile.
My prayers are with you, Mr. Bertz, Lisa and the rest of your family.
Love,
Tricia
